RESERVATIONS
FOR EVENTS POLICY
- In order to accommodate
all members it is necessary that reservations for events be received
by the date on the reservation form, either by mail or fax.
- When space is
limited, the only way to hold a reservation is to send full payment.
- Reservations that
are cancelled after the reservation deadline date cannot be refunded.
- When making multiple
reservations at one time, it is only necessary to send one check for
the total amount.
- The Launching
and Haul Out parties are reservation only. The cost for Guests will
increase to $15.00 per person. Cost for members remains the same at
$10.00 per person.
- Would you like
to host a DEYC event? Do you know of a location that would be nice for
a DEYC event? Do you have an idea about an event? If so, contact the
Commodore or Administrative Assistant. Suggestions are appreciated.
